Suksess på tour'ene
I en pressemelding leser vi at Rife har vunnet 6 ganger på tour'ene i det siste.

Her er pressemeldingen:

35 Incredible days for Rife
In little over a calendar month, Rife Putters earns 6 wins on Tour

When the current world No.1 Jiyai Shin rolled in her final putt at the LPGA Mizuno Classic this weekend she topped off the most incredible month of golf for Rife Putters, securing the 6th victory for players choosing to use a Rife since the 3rd October.

Having reclaimed her number one spot in the Rolex rankings the previous Monday, Shin set about cementing her place at the top. Once again she left it to the last minute, adding extra weight to her nickname, ‘The final round queen.’ Shin rolled her Rife 400 Mid Mallet to a final round 67 – with no bogeys - leaving her 2 shots clear at 18 under. Her final round further reduced her incredible final round average for the 8 LPGA tournaments she has won to 67.25, showing that when the pressure is on her nerve holds and her equipment performs.

This win for Shin puts her just $3,535 behind Na Yeon Choi in the LPGA money list for 2010 and adds to the remarkable roll call of wins for players using a Rife Putter.

Rife still holds true to its principle of not paying any player to use its putters. Rife believe that when it comes to the flat stick, the best players want the best equipment and it has confidence that it’s products will stand out among the sea of endorsement cheques. That principle certainly seems to be paying off for the company and for the players who choose to use a Rife.

2010 has already been an incredible year for Rife and the players who choose it’s putters. Some of the biggest tournaments in golf such as the WGC Accenture Matchplay Championship and The Barclays have had a Rife roll in the winning putt and the Fed-Ex cup saw a player choosing Rife narrowly edged into second place. But nothing has compared to the run of victories secured since the 3rd October. Since that point a Rife has been in the hands of the winner on the final green at:

• Champions Tour Ensure Rock Barn Classic – Gary Hallberg, Rife 2 Bar Blade
• Japan LPGA Sankyo Ladies – Sun Ju Ahn, Rife 2 Bar Hybrid Tour Mallet
• LPGA Navistar Classic – Katherine Hull, Rife 2 Bar Hybrid Mallet
• LPGA CVS Pharmacy LPGA Challenge – Beatriz Recari, Rife Barbados
• Champions Tour AT&T Championship – Rod Spittle, Rife 2 Bar Mallet
• LPGA Mizuno Classic – Jiyai Shin, Rife 400 Mid Mallet

With Jiyai Shin’s victory cementing her place as world number 1, along with the incredible run of form of people choosing to use a Rife it is quite clear that there is a growing band of Rife users on the worlds major Tours who now understand that the best way to get paid for using a certain type of putter is not through endorsement but through the much bigger cheques being handed out every Sunday evening on Tour.

About Rife

The secret to the company’s success lies in its various patented technologies including RollGrove™, the LieAline Custom Fitting System and a 4-point adjustable weighting system all of which are seen in the new Two Bar Hybrid.

Rife Putters LLC is the true innovator behind horizontal grooved face putter technology, which has been patented by the company as RollGrove™ since 1997. Precisely spaced milled grooves allow the putter to gently press into the cover of the ball and grip and lift it into an instant forward roll to create the truest "no skid" roll in golf no matter where you hit the ball on the putter face.

The LieAline™ Fitting System teaches players to automatically set-up to every putt in the same, natural set-up position. Using a very subtle vertical notch located on the back edge of the top line players can automatically tell whether the putter is set-up to suit their putting stroke. If the player can see the entire white sight line then the putter is set-up perfectly, if not then you use the LieAline Bending tool to bend the hosel into the ideal position for you. Once this has been done the player can benefit from a more consistent and repeatable stroke path every time by using the sight line.

Adjustable Weighting allows players to apply different weight configurations to match speed of the greens. It also increases stability and accuracy on off centre. The 4 point stability weighting system, as seen in the putters using Two Bar technology, has stainless steel weight inserts in the heel and toe. The additional rear weighting means the putter’s centre of mass is still driving through the ball as the putter face makes contact with the ball. By dispersing weight to the four furthest points of the putter you have an extra large sweet spot, which provides your overall stroke with more stability and the face remains squarer through impact.
